Terms of Service

Last updated 7 September 2026

Draft for legal review in two jurisdictions. [ UAE entity name ] is incorporated in the UAE and sells to consumers in Australia, so both UAE law and Australian law are in play. This page has not been reviewed by a lawyer in either country. Every field marked [ like this ] must be completed and every statement checked against how the business actually operates.

These terms form the agreement between you and [ UAE entity name ], a company incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (we, us, IntegrateHealth), for the 28 Day Plan. By purchasing or participating you accept them.

Who you are contracting with

You are contracting with a UAE company, not an Australian one. Payments may be processed outside Australia and your information will be handled outside Australia. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply — see clause 11.

1. What you receive

2. The commitment deposit

Instead of a program fee we hold a commitment deposit. The standard amount is A$497. With the GRNS voucher applied during a promotional window it is A$297. The deposit is charged when you join.

3. How you earn it back

You earn 100% of the deposit back, as cash or as credit toward a further program, when you complete all of the following during the 28 days:

  1. Four daily habits, logged in the app: taking your supplements; eating and uploading one gut-friendly meal; 5,000+ steps (auto-synced); 2.5L of water.
  2. Two fortnightly check-ins attended with your dietitian.
  3. One short, honest video about your experience at the end.

Grace days. You may miss any habit on up to two days across the 28 and stay fully eligible. Missing more than two days means the condition is not met.

Claiming. [ How the refund is requested, who verifies completion, the decision timeframe, and how a participant disputes a decision ]

Cash or credit. [ Who chooses, and in what currency the refund is paid ]

4. Currency, payment and tax

Prices are in Australian dollars. Because we are a non-resident supplier of services to consumers in Australia, Australian GST may apply to your purchase under the rules for inbound intangible consumer supplies, which apply once a non-resident's Australian turnover reaches A$75,000 in a 12-month period.

[ State whether you are registered for Australian GST, your ATO reference number if so, and whether the advertised price includes GST. If you are not registered, say prices do not include Australian GST ]

Your bank may apply an international transaction fee or a currency conversion cost. That is between you and your bank.

5. Use of your video

The video is a condition of the earn-back. Separately, we will only publish or use it in marketing if you give specific written permission at the time. You can withdraw permission for future use by emailing [ support@ email ].

6. Service guarantee

If you do not feel you have received the value of the service, tell us and we will refund you. [ State the window and any conditions ]

7. Cancellation and rescheduling

[ Notice required to reschedule a consult, what happens to missed appointments, whether the 28 days can be paused, and your cooling-off position ]

8. Your responsibilities

9. Intellectual property

Meal plans, lifestyle plans, program materials and app content remain ours or our licensors'. They are for your personal use. Do not resell, publish or distribute them.

10. Health and safety

This is not medical care. Read the Medical Disclaimer before joining. We may decline or end participation where continuing is not clinically appropriate.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms, including the governing law clause below, excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees, and choosing UAE law does not remove them. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for failing a consumer guarantee is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or your right to claim for personal injury caused by our negligence.

13. Governing law and disputes

[ Choose your governing law and forum, for example the Emirate of Dubai, or the DIFC, or New South Wales. Get advice: an Australian court can apply the Australian Consumer Law to a consumer contract regardless of the clause, and an Australian consumer may be able to sue locally. A UAE-only forum may also be commercially unattractive to Australian customers ]

Whatever is chosen, clause 11 continues to apply.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one published when you joined, unless a change is required by law.
