The short version
We cannot promise you a particular result. What you get out of the 28 Day Plan depends on your body, your starting point, your health history and how consistently you follow the program. Any figure, photo or story we publish is one person's experience, not a prediction of yours.
1. Australian Consumer Law applies to us

Because we supply services to consumers in Australia in trade or commerce, the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) applies to what we say and sell here. We take that seriously and we do not rely on our location to avoid it.
2. No guarantee of outcomes
The 28 Day Plan is a nutrition and lifestyle coaching program. It is not a weight-loss guarantee, not a medical treatment, and not a promise of any specific change to your body composition, energy, digestion, sleep or blood markers.
Results vary with age, genetics, medical conditions, medications, sleep, stress, your existing diet and activity, and how closely you follow the plan your dietitian builds.
3. Testimonials
Every testimonial, review, before-and-after image or video reflects that person's own experience at a point in time. Testimonials are not typical and are not what you should expect.
- We do not pay for testimonials. If a participant received the program free or discounted in exchange for one, we say so on the page carrying it.
- We do not edit a testimonial in a way that changes its meaning.
- Where we publish an average or typical result, we state the sample size and the period.

4. Supplement claims
Where we mention GRNS supplements, any claim we make is limited to what is permitted for that product in Australia. Supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. See the Medical Disclaimer.
5. The 100% earn-back is about the deposit, not results
You earn the commitment deposit back by completing the steps in the Terms of Service, whatever happens to your weight or measurements. It is not a results guarantee. The full conditions, including the two grace days, are set out there.
6. Prices, savings and countdowns
Where we show a struck-through price, that higher price is the price the program is genuinely sold at outside a promotional window. Where we show a countdown, the deadline is real and the price does change when it passes. Where we say a voucher is limited, the limit is real.

7. Your rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that they be supplied with due care and skill and be reasonably fit for purpose. If we fail one, you may be entitled to a remedy.
